I have finally set up my Skype Support room where visitors and members of How To Videos Central can interact together and with me, to get technical support online.

The Skype room uses the Chat function and will be open 24 hours a day. Now that doesn’t mean that I will be on 24 hours a day, but by posting your questions and challenges in the room, I will see it when I am next online and it also gives others the opportunity to respond as well.

I have prepared this quick video on how to register for the room, install skype and access the room. It only takes about 10 minutes and should you everything you need to access the room.
