Don’t get me wrong - the coaching packages are great value and well worth the investment, but many assume that the technical activities will be outsourced or the business owner knows how to do them theirselves. The situation as I see is that the business owner doesn’t know what they don’t know, cash flow is tight and they can’t afford to have a tech ‘on-call’ or to outsource the work, or they don’t know what needs to be outsourced on how much it should cost. This is extremely frustrating for the business owner and often, their project stalls or stops because of it.
